ClaimBridge is a web-based remote estimating and consulting platform designed specifically for Restoration Contractors.
We can take your scope, Docusketch, Matterport files, and build an Xactimate or Symbility estimate within 24-48 hours. We employ highly experienced industry experts taken from all facets of the industry; Mitigation and Reconstruction, Xactimate and Symbility, T+M pricelists within our custom services; Current and Former Carrier Adjusters; Large Loss Estimators with experience in projects from several millions, to multiple structures and complex losses, to simple TPA residential losses in volume. We are very similar to your equipment rental concepts when you land projects requiring more than you own, either through size, scope, or volume. But with ClaimBridge you can “rent” the estimator. We have the value add of being able to carry your projects through estimating, to adjuster/carrier approval, validation, and support after completion. The three most common, Xactimate, Symbility, and T+M estimates are commonplace for ClaimBridge clients. Should we need to pull resources for any other estimating platform, we can also do that through our custom services.
Our commitment is 24-48 hours. Regardless of scope, volume, size. Our AI developed tools take estimating to the next level. There can be situations where the customized needs of a client or project require a little more investigation and evaluation to create the end product, that we will then support through approvals with the carrier. If needed, we can even travel to a project to assist in scoping, which would affect that 24-48 hour commitment.
Absolutely. Depending on the level of subscription you choose to enter with, ClaimBridge can create up to unlimited supplements and revisions through the life of your project. When discussing a subscription with ClaimBridge, we can review your needs with you, and help point you to the best subscription option to support your needs.

We offer three tiers—Navigator, Commander, and Admiral—so you can choose the level of support that best fits your business.
Once you select a subscription tier, you pay a small percentage per estimate based on its size or value, ensuring you only pay for the volume of support you actually use. This model provides consistent oversight, faster turnaround times, and priority access to our team, while keeping pricing predictable.
