ClaimBridge is a web-based remote estimating and consulting platform designed specifically for Restoration Contractors.
We can take your scope, Docusketch, Matterport files, and build an Xactimate or Symbility estimate within 24-48 hours. We employ highly experienced industry experts taken from all facets of the industry; Mitigation and Reconstruction, Xactimate and Symbility, T+M pricelists within our custom services; Current and Former Carrier Adjusters; Large Loss Estimators with experience in projects from several millions, to multiple structures and complex losses, to simple TPA residential losses in volume. We are very similar to your equipment rental concepts when you land projects requiring more than you own, either through size, scope, or volume. But with ClaimBridge you can “rent” the estimator. To assist with size scope, and volume.
We have the value add of being able to carry your projects through estimating, to adjuster/carrier approval, validation, and support after completion. We even offer funding services for your projects, on approved estimates, to support your projects until funded by the carrier, and through completion.

We can increase your volume in a storm event, double your capacity in a CAT event if you can land the projects, support your teams with full-service estimating and validation, carrier support through approval and even funding.
The three most common, Xactimate, Symbility, and T+M estimates are commonplace for ClaimBridge clients. Should we need to pull resources for any other estimating platform, we can also do that through our custom services.
Our commitment is 24-48 hours. Regardless of scope, volume, size. Our AI developed tools take estimating to the next level. There can be situations where the customized needs of a client or project require a little more investigation and evaluation to create the end product, that we will then support through approvals with the carrier. If needed, we can even travel to a project to assist in scoping, which would affect that 24-48 hour commitment.
Absolutely. Depending on the level of subscription you choose to enter with, ClaimBridge can create up to unlimited supplements and revisions through the life of your project. When discussing a subscription with ClaimBridge, we can review your needs with you, and help point you to the best subscription option to support your needs.

This service within Claimbridge is developing and ongoing. At this time, we would like to discuss the service and availability to individual
contractor clients on an as needed basis, customizing to your specific needs. This requires one on one discussion for the moment.

Our Estimate Validation Services focus on ensuring that every claim estimate is accurate, justified, and aligned with industry standards. This involves a detailed review of all line items, verification of labor, materials, and scope, and identification of any billing discrepancies or overcharges. We also benchmark estimates against industry and regional pricing data to ensure fairness and accuracy. The goal is to provide transparency and confidence, helping you avoid unnecessary costs while maintaining quality outcomes.
This means that claim estimates are evaluated using advanced AI-driven systems combined with predefined industry rules to ensure consistency, compliance, and cost efficiency. For TPAs and carriers, this approach enables automated detection of inconsistencies or inflated charges, standardized evaluation across all claims, and faster processing times. It reduces manual effort and minimizes human error while providing data-driven insights that support better decision-making. Ultimately, it offers a more efficient, accurate, and scalable way to validate estimates and manage claims effectively.

ClaimBridge’s subscription service is designed to give restoration contractors flexible, ongoing access to our estimating, claim
consulting, cost containment tools, and expert support – without paying for services you don’t need. We offer two payment
options, the full subscription service and a simpler, non subscription approach to just having an estimate written.

How it Works.
With the subscription service we write the estimate based off your scope information. You receive the expectation of our team’s
full support with every estimate, including: estimates completed in 24-48 hours, unlimited revisions as needed, all estimates run
against our unique AI driven engine to evaluate specific carrier and TPA guidelines, compliance reviews and revisions updated in
your Xactanalysis profile, and the option of project funding available with select projects. Under this subscription service, you
also pay 1.5% of the approved estimate value for each estimate. You also have the option of requesting Full Service, at 4% of the
estimate value, which includes the above as well as adjuster/TPA/Consultant validation, and collections support. We
work for and with you to support every line item through settlement with carrier and consultants.
And with the non-subscription service, we keep it simpler. This is for contractors that need ONLY remote estimates
delivered very quickly. Each estimate is delivered for a 3.75% fee of the approved value, with 2 free revisions as
needed, ($75 per revision after that). This approach is for the contractor that just needs estimate production support,
and not the validation steps.
This subscription service model provides consistent oversight, faster turnaround times, and priority access to our
team while keeping pricing predictable. The result is a scalable solution that allows you to handle more claims,
manage higher volumes, and take on larger or more complex projects – without needing to expand your internal
staff. During onboarding we will work with you to identify the right structure that matches your current needs and
growth goals.
